We want to make the time you spend on your yacht the best memorable time you have. However, if you do have difficulties with technical equipment on board, we will do our best to solve the problem quickly for you.

With service centers in Port Adriano (Mallorca), Neustadt (Baltic Sea), \ & Merk on the Adriatic coast and other service partners throughout Europe and China we are always able to reach you at your location as quickly as possible.

Our aim is to offer you First-Class Service for your yacht.

In 2010, Sunseeker Germany won the „Gold Award“ in recognition of Excellent Customer Service within the Sunseeker dealer network worldwide. It was for the fourth year running that Sunseeker Germany has been awarded with this high-ranking prize. After receiving the “Silver Award” from 2007 to 2009, the „Gold Award“ 2010 is the consequent result of the company’s philosophy to continuously improve and focus on a world-class warranty and after sales service.

The recognition is based on an excellent on-site customer services, positive customer feedbacks after yacht deliveries and the fact that customer requests were always met promptly.
